Our Mission

We aim to help every hospice and palliative care patient to feel at ease and in control of the care they receive by offering customized physical, emotional, and spiritual programs. Our care does not only focus on the patient but also extends to their family during critical times when priority care shifts to ensuring the patient’s comfort than cure. We go above and beyond what is expected to give the patient the utmost care by considering and honoring their values and beliefs.

Who We Are

Our multidisciplinary staff at Ocean View Hospice, Inc. is composed of physicians, nurses, social workers, certified hospice aides, bereavement coordinators, chaplains, dietitians, and volunteers with the common goal of rendering compassionate, quality care to our patients and their families.

The hospice and palliative care we provide may be in-home, in a care center, in a skilled nursing facility, or in-patient facility – we are willing to go wherever the patient is. There is no limit as to how we can serve you.

Who Are Eligible for Hospice Care?

The eligibility of a person to avail of hospice care is determined when he or she is diagnosed with a terminal illness or 6 months of life expectancy by a certified medical director or licensed physician.
